A CDQ evaluation team will perform the state's duties required under 16 U.S.C. 1855(i)(1)(H), AS 44.33.020(a)(11), and this chapter. The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development will lead the CDQ evaluation process. The evaluation team consists of

1. (1) the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development, or the commissioner's designee;
2. (2) the commissioner of fish and game, or the commissioner's designee; and
3. (3) the commissioner of labor and workforce development, or the commissioner's designee.
