The purpose of this chapter is to implement the state's role in the decennial review of the Western Alaska Community Development Quota Program (CDQ Program) for the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Area required under 16 U.S.C. 1855(i)(1)(H) (Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act).
