The executive director will publish the result of complaints when the public interest will be served by educating persons as to their rights, remedies and obligations under AS 18.80. Names of parties will not be disclosed by the commission without their consent if the case is resolved before certification of conciliation failure by the executive director. The commission will disclose the identity of parties to cases which are resolved after certification of conciliation failure.
