- (a) The records specified in 6 AAC 30.810 - 6 AAC 30.830 must be maintained for inspection and copying by the commission for at least two years after the record is made.
- (b) In addition to the requirement in (a) of this section, a respondent must maintain the records of a person who has filed a complaint with the commission, or records of a class of persons named in a complaint filed with the commission, and the records of persons or classes in similar or related circumstances until final disposition of the complaint by the commission.
