- (a) Not later than thirty days after the date of a determination issued pursuant to 6 AAC 30.330(a) or (b), the executive director, on her or his own motion or at the request of a party, may review the determination. The executive director will issue a notice to the parties advising them that the matter has been reopened and will provide both parties with a limited opportunity to submit additional evidence, within a period of time set by the executive director. Following the conclusion of the reconsideration period, the executive director will issue an amended determination or an order affirming the determination.
- (b) A closing order shall be a final agency action for the purposes of judicial review.
- (c) Review of dismissals under AS 18.80.112(c) is limited to those instances in which the commission, on its own volition, determines review furthers the purposes of AS 18.80.
