- (a) The House election districts of the state are established by the Redistricting Board in the Final Proclamation of Redistricting, issued on May 15, 2023.
- (b) The boundaries of the House election districts of the state are depicted on maps approved and adopted by the Redistricting Board in the Final Proclamation of Redistricting, issued on May 15, 2023. Each election district is described in narrative form in the board's Description of May 2023 Final Proclamation Plan House and Senate Districts, prepared May 15, 2023. If an inconsistency arises between a map and a narrative description or topographic feature, the division of elections will rely on the narrative description in the board's Description of May 2023 Final Proclamation Plan House and Senate Districts to determine the proper location of the boundary of an election district.
