- (a) Upon completion of the review, the director shall certify the election.
- (b) In regions where the school board passed a resolution allowing for plurality elections, the director may issue a certificate of election to the candidate receiving the greatest number of votes for each respective office.
- (c) In regions that require election by a specified percentage of the votes cast, the director may issue a certificate of election to the candidate receiving the greatest number of votes in excess of the percentage of the votes cast required for election to each respective office.
