The regional educational attendance area election will be held annually on the first Tuesday in October. The elections will be conducted

1. (1) in accordance with AS 14.08.041 - 14.08.081 and 6 AAC 27.010 - 6 AAC 27.110;
2. (2) if procedures and requirements are not expressly provided in AS 14.08.041 - 14.08.081 or 6 AAC 27.010 - 6 AAC 27.110; in accordance with applicable provisions of AS 15; and
3. (3) by mail, when permitted under AS 14.08.071(b) and AS 15.20.800.
