The director will prepare a ballot to vote in a federal election for those voters who qualify as overseas voters under AS 15.05.011. The director will prepare that ballot in accordance with AS 15.15.030 and AS 15.20.030 for the races for United States representative, United States senator, and President and Vice-President of the United States.
