- (a) Repealed 2/28/2014;
(b) A political group may obtain recognized political party status under AS 15.80.008 and 15.80.010. An application filed with the director by a political group as required by AS 15.80.008(a)(1) must include the
- (1) name of the political group;
- (2) name of a contact person;
- (3) political group's mailing address; and
- (4) political group's telephone number.
- (c) Repealed 2/24/2022.
- (d) Upon receipt of the materials that satisfy the requirements of AS 15.80.008(a)(1) and (b) of this section, the director will begin to track registrations for the group seeking recognized political party status. The director will recognize a group as a political party in accordance with the requirements of AS 15.80.008.
