Alaska Admin. Code tit. 6, § 25.068 – Hand count verification process

A hand count required under AS 15.15.430(a)(3) must include each of the following offices, if that office is on the ballot, and unless the race for that office is uncontested:

(1) President and Vice-President of the United States;
(2) United States senator;
(3) United States representative;
(4) governor;
(5) lieutenant governor;
(6) state senator;
(7) state representative.
