1. (a) Fees for permits issued by the department under 5 AAC 92.066 for access to Round Island and adjacent waters in the Walrus Islands State Game Sanctuary are as follows:

   1. (1) for a camping permit, each application must be accompanied by a fee of $100 per person;
   2. (2) for a day-use permit, the fee is $20 per person per day.
2. (b) Scientific/education permits are issued free of charge.
3. (c) The department will refund to an unsuccessful camping permit applicant the fee submitted under (a)(1) of this section.
