Application of permit regulations and permit reports

(a) The provisions of 5 AAC 92.028 - 5 AAC 92.053 apply to nontransferable permits issued by the department for possessing or taking game, and to conditions and procedures for permit hunts. The provisions of 5 AAC 92.065 and 5 AAC 92.066 apply to permits for access to state game sanctuaries.
(b) A person may not falsify any fact on an application, affidavit, permit, or report form required by the permit or by this section or 5 AAC 92.028 - 5 AAC 92.066. A required report must be made in accordance with the instructions on the permit, and must be submitted to the department before, or upon, expiration of the permit, unless otherwise specified.
