5 AAC 65.095 took effect 7/25/95, Register 135, as an emergency regulation. In reviewing the "permanent" regulation, the regulations attorney made technical corrections to the wording of the regulation. The section's history note does not reflect the changes made by the regulations attorney. The regulations in this chapter also apply in the adjoining waters of the exclusive economic zone.
