Scallops may not be taken in the waters enclosed by a line running along the longitude of Cape Suckling at 144° W. long. to a point at 60° N. lat., then west along 60° N. lat. to a point at 146° W. long., then north along 146° W. long. until it intersects a line drawn between Point Bentinck and Point Whitshed.
