Fishing seasons for clams in Registration Area A

(a) There is no closed season for clams, except that clam harvesting may be conducted only under the terms of a permit issued by the commissioner. The permit may specify the species to be harvested, method of fishing, area of operation, harvest levels, and other related specifications.
(b) Repealed 6/12/76.
