1. (a) Salmon may be taken with purse seines in the following locations only during fishing periods established by emergency order that will generally begin on Sundays:

   1. (1) District 1, Sections 1-C, 1-D, 1-E, and 1-F only;
   2. (2) District 2;
   3. (3) District 3;
   4. (4) District 4, from the first Sunday in July until a closing date made by emergency order;
   5. (5) District 5;
   6. (6) District 6, Sections 6-C, 6-D, and 6-E only;
   7. (7) District 7;
   8. (8) District 9;
   9. (9) District 10;
   10. (10) District 11, Sections 11-A and 11-D only;
   11. (11) District 12; except that Section 12-A north of the latitude of Point Marsden and Section 12-B may open before August 1 only as provided in 5 AAC 33.366(a);
   12. (12) District 13;
   13. (13) District 14.
2. (b) Repealed 5/31/85.

3. (c) Salmon may be taken by drift gillnets in the following locations only during fishing periods established by emergency order that start on a Sunday and close by emergency order:

   1. (1) District 1:

      1. (A) Section 1-A;
      2. (B) Section 1-B opens on the third Sunday of June;

   2. (2) District 6:

      1. (A) Sections 6-A, 6-B, and 6-C open on the second Sunday of June;

      2. (B) Section 6-D is open

         1. (i) from the second Sunday in June through the first Saturday in August;
         2. (ii) after the first Saturday in August and before the first Sunday in September as described in 5 AAC 33.359; and
         3. (iii) from the first Sunday in September until the season is closed;
   3. (3) District 8 opens on the second Sunday of June;

   4. (4) District 11:

      1. (A) Section 11-B opens on the third Sunday in June, except that the commissioner may open, by emergency order, drift gillnet fishing periods in the waters of Section 11-B north of the latitude of Grave Point Light at 58° 03.73' N. lat., from the first Monday in May through the third Sunday in June subject to the following provisions:

         1. (i) drift gillnet fishing periods are subject to the provisions of the Pacific Salmon Treaty as specified in 5 AAC 33.361;
         2. (ii) the commissioner may not establish a fishing period to begin on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state or federal holiday;
         3. (iii) fishing periods will begin at 12:01 p.m. from the first Monday in May;
         4. (iv) repealed 5/23/2006;
      2. (B) Section 11-C;

   5. (5) District 15:

      1. (A) Section 15-A opens on the third Sunday in June;
      2. (B) Sections 15-B and 15-C;
      3. (C) Repealed 4/18/86.
4. (d) Repealed 2/18/73.
