Registration Area J consists of the Pacific Ocean waters that are south of the latitude of Cape Douglas at 58° 51.10' N. lat., and west of 149° W. long., and the Bering Sea and Pacific Ocean waters that are east of the Maritime Boundary Agreement Line as that line is described in the text of and depicted in the annex to the Maritime Boundary Agreement between the United States and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics signed in Washington, June 1, 1990, and as that Maritime Boundary Agreement Line is depicted on NOAA Chart #513 (7th Edition, June 2004) and NOAA Chart #514 (7th Edition, January 2004). These charts are adopted by reference.
