1. (a) Salmon, trout, and char may only be taken under the authority of a subsistence fishing permit. The department will only issue one permit per household.
2. (b) No more than 250 salmon may be taken for subsistence purposes, per household, unless otherwise specified by a local representative of the department on the subsistence fishing permit. A permit holder may obtain an additional permit from the department.
3. (c) A record of subsistence-caught fish must be kept on the permit. The record must be completed immediately upon taking subsistence-caught fish and must be returned to the local representative of the department no later than October 31.
