1. (a) Except for the western shore of the Newhalen River, waters within 300 feet of a stream mouth used by salmon are closed to the subsistence taking of fish.
2. (b) Unless otherwise specified in 5 AAC 01.320, gillnets are prohibited in all waters of the Naknek River drainage upstream of Savonaski, from June 1 through October 1.

3. (c) From September 1 through June 14, subsistence fishing with a net is prohibited in the following waters and within one-fourth mile of the terminus of those waters:

   1. (1) Lower Talarik Creek;
   2. (2) Middle Talarik Creek;
   3. (3) Upper Talarik Creek;
   4. (4) Pete Andrew Creek;
   5. (5) Zacker Creek;
   6. (6) Newhalen River;
   7. (7) Roadhouse Creek;
   8. (8) Alexi Creek;
   9. (9) Taziminia River;
   10. (10) Young's Creek;
   11. (11) Chekok Creek;
   12. (12) Tomkok Creek;
   13. (13) Nick G. Creek;
   14. (14) Copper River;
   15. (15) Kakhonak River;
   16. (16) Gibralter River;
   17. (17) Dennis Creek;
   18. (18) Belinda Creek.
4. (d) Waters described in 5 AAC 27.850 are closed to the taking of herring and capelin.
