1. (a) An applicant who is dissatisfied with a decision under 4 AAC 58.230 may request review of that decision by filing a request with the administrator of state museums within 15 days after receiving notice of the decision. The request for review must state the grounds for the request.
2. (b) The state Board of Education or its designee will render a decision on a request for review within 60 days after receipt of the request.
3. (c) The decision of the state Board of Education is the final administrative decision and is subject to review under the provisions of AS 44.62.560.
