(a) Each school district shall provide equipment and facilities that are
- (1) capable of meeting instructional objectives; and
- (2) maintained to meet state and federal health and safety standards.
- (b) The district shall establish a written procedure for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment to meet the instructional objectives of the vocational plan.
