The commission may, on its own motion or in response to a petition from an interested entity, request the Alaska Universal Service Fund administrator approved under 3 AAC 53.310 or an appropriate entity to perform an audit of a designated eligible telecommunications carrier's compliance with eligible telecommunications carrier requirements.
