The Cable Television Service rules, Subpart N - Cable Rate Regulation, as set out in Part 76 of the Federal Communications Commission rules (47 C.F.R. 76.900 - 76.985), in effect as of May 15, 1994, are adopted by reference for use in regulating cable television utilities that are not exempt under AS 42.05.711(k) from economic regulation by the commission.
