- (a) A provisionally certificated utility shall keep its tariff available for public inspection in accordance with 3 AAC 48.250.
- (b) The effective tariff of a provisionally certificated utility controls the utility's rates, charges, regulations, terms and conditions of service as provided in 3 AAC 48.320.
