1. (a) Each public meeting will be tape recorded by the commission. The recording will serve as the commission's official record of the public meeting. The recording will be retained for a period of five years in accordance with the commission's records retention schedule approved under AS 40.21.030.
2. (b) A transcript of a public meeting will be prepared by the commission and will include as an attachment written material discussed at the public meeting unless such material is related to executive session or is subject to attorney-client privilege.
3. (c) Repealed 7/17/2024.
