A public meeting of the commission will be conducted in accordance with the 1990 edition of Robert's Rule of Order Newly Revised. The commission will make written material discussed at the public meeting available to the public at the beginning of the meeting unless such material is intended for discussion during executive session or is subject to attorney-client privilege.
