1. (a) Monetary penalties imposed under this chapter by an electric reliability organization must be remitted to the electric reliability organization and must be used to offset the costs of the electric reliability organization.
2. (b) Monetary penalties imposed by the commission must be remitted to the commission in compliance with 3 AAC 48.030.
