For every line of insurance for which a statistical agent collects statistics in this state, the statistical agent shall, at a minimum, collect statistics and file reports and compilations, unless the director specifies otherwise, in the form and detail provided in the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Statistical Handbook of Data Available to Insurance Regulators, 2012 edition, adopted by reference.
