To be designated by the director as a statistical agent to collect statistics from insurers for the purposes of fulfilling the statistical reporting requirements under 3 AAC 29.600 - 3 AAC 29.669, a person, other than an advisory organization, must agree to be subject to the same examination provisions in AS 21 applicable to advisory organizations.
