An informational rate filing must
- (1) include the proposed effective date of the filing;
- (2) meet the rate standards of AS 21.39.030 and other applicable rate requirements of AS 21;
- (3) include a statement indicating whether the same rate structure has been filed for approval to be used with policyholders who do not qualify as exempt commercial policyholders under 3 AAC 29.545;
- (4) meet the filing requirements of 3 AAC 31.205 - 3 AAC 31.217 and 3 AAC 31.225; and
- (5) include a statement that the filing is for policyholders who qualify as commercial policyholders under 3 AAC 29.545.
