In 3 AAC 28.310 - 3 AAC 28.405, unless the context requires otherwise,

1. (1) "evidence of individual insurability" means a statement furnished by a debtor, as a condition of consumer credit insurance becoming effective, that relates specifically to the debtor's

   1. (A) health status;
   2. (B) medical condition, including physical and mental illnesses;
   3. (C) claims experience;
   4. (D) receipt of health care; or
   5. (E) medical history;
2. (2) "fixed residual value" means for a lease contract the contractual amount for which the leased property may be purchased at the end of the lease.
