An insurer must disclose the information required by AS 21.57.055 in clear and understandable language printed in a conspicuous place in at least 8-point bold face type if coverage is offered on a direct mail basis and at least 10-point bold face type if coverage is offered on any other basis. A verbatim statement of AS 21.57.055 is not required.
