Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, § 26.786 – Private cause of action

(a) Nothing in 3 AAC 26.770 - AAC 26.789 creates or implies a private cause of action for a violation of 3 AAC 26.770 - AAC 26.789 or subjects a producer to civil liability under the best interest standard of care set out in 3 AAC 26.775 or under standards governing the conduct of a fiduciary or a fiduciary relationship.
