The purpose of 3 AAC 26.875 - 3 AAC 26.899 is to preserve for consumers the benefits of being able to use alternative forms of payment for insurance transactions while preventing potential unfair practices. The provisions of 3 AAC 26.875 - 3 AAC 26.899 apply to all insurers authorized under AS 21.09.
