Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, § 23.520 – Records

(a) A licensee who accepts money in a fiduciary capacity shall maintain records for the following types of financial information:
1. (1) fiduciary money;
2. (2) accounts receivable from insurance customers;
3. (3) accounts payable to insurers.

(f) Failure to comply with (a) of this section is a violation of AS 21.27.350 and 21.27.360.
