A marijuana testing facility shall maintain the business records required under 3 AAC 306.755 for the period of time specified in that section. The books and records required under 3 AAC 306.755(a)(1) include

1. (1) test results;
2. (2) quality control and quality assurance records;
3. (3) standard operating procedures;
4. (4) chain-of-custody records;
5. (5) proficiency testing records;
6. (6) analytical data to include printouts generated by the instrumentation;
7. (7) accession numbers;
8. (8) specimen type;
9. (9) raw data of calibration standards and curves, controls, and subject results;
10. (10) final and amended reports;
11. (11) acceptable reference range parameters;
12. (12) the identity of the analyst; and
13. (13) the date of the analysis.
