- (a) Notice of a solicitation for preproposals shall be published in at least one newspaper of general circulation in each judicial district of the state at least one time.
- (b) The board will, in its discretion, make notice of a solicitation through other appropriate media.
- (c) Nothing in this section limits the additional forms of public notice that may be used by the foundation.
- (d) The foundation will, in its discretion, require payment of duplication costs of a solicitation.
