The following entities are eligible to submit a proposal under this chapter:
- (1) a local government within the meaning given in 43 C.F.R. 12.43;
- (2) an incorporated nonprofit entity with articles of incorporation and a certificate of incorporation or authority in good standing under AS 10.20;
- (3) a postsecondary educational institution;
- (4) repealed 3/14/2012;
- (5) an Alaska Native tribe that is recognized by the United States Secretary of the Interior to exist as Indian tribe under 25 U.S.C. 479a (Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act of 1994).
