Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, § 157.990 – Definitions

(a) In this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise,
1. (1) "business" has the meaning given in AS 43.70.110;
2. (2) "commissioner" means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development;
3. (3) "department" means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development;
4. (4) "municipality" has the meaning given in AS 29.71.800;
5. (5) "regional development organization" has the meaning given in AS 44.33.895(e).
(b) In 3 AAC 157.910 - 3 AAC 157.990, "grant" means a grant applied for or awarded under 3 AAC 157.010 - 3 AAC 157.095 or 3 AAC 157.110 - 3 AAC 157.195.
