Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, § 157.040 – Solicitation process

The department will

(1) publish a grant application guide;
(2) solicit applications for grants by public notice of the solicitation in a newspaper of general circulation, and by posting the notice on the Alaska Online Public Notice System established under AS 44.62.175; and
(3) provide applications on request.
