The department will use the following formula to allocate the state's annual full payment of national forest receipts received from the federal government between the Tongass and Chugach National Forests for distribution to eligible applicants located within each national forest:

1. (1) 98.43 percent will be allocated for the Tongass National Forest;
2. (2) 1.57 percent will be allocated for the Chugach National Forest.
