Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, § 109.700 – Procurement records for competitive sealed bids and proposals

The executive director shall keep a contract file open for public inspection for each contract awarded under competitive sealed bids and competitive sealed proposals. The file may be maintained in a reproducible electronic format and must contain

(1) a copy of the solicitation document;
(2) a register of bids or proposals received;
(3) a copy of each responsive bid or proposal received;
(4) the basis of award; and
(5) a copy of the contract that includes a description of the supplies, services, professional services, or construction procured under each contract.
