Any non-public owner of a commercial building located in the state may apply for and receive a grant for reimbursement of up to the full cost of a commercial energy audit under 3 AAC 108.500 - 3 AAC 108.590. An eligible applicant may operate the applicant's commercial building on either a for-profit or non-profit basis.
