Upon completion of the grant project, or termination of the grant, the authority will close out the grant and the grantee shall return to the authority any grant funds not spent on project work under the terms and conditions of the grant agreement and any earnings on grant money. The grant agreement may provide that specified obligations of the grantee survive grant closeout.
