A project is eligible for a grant from the emerging energy technology grant fund if the project meets

1. (1) the requirements of AS 42.45.375(c); and
2. (2) the definition of energy technology under AS 42.45.375(j)(2) and promotes the expansion of energy sources available for residents of the state or enhances the efficient use of energy in the state.
