Upon completion of the grant-financed or termination of the grant, the authority will close out the grant and the grantee shall return to the authority any grant money and interest on grant money not spent on project work under the terms and conditions of the grant agreement. The grant agreement may provide that specified obligations of the grantee survive grant closeout.
