If the authority terminates a grant agreement for cause in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement under 3 AAC 107.300 - 3 AAC 107.430, the authority may

1. (1) require the grant recipient to repay to the authority the portion of the grant proceeds that relates to the termination; and
2. (2) determine that the grant recipient is ineligible for further grants under this chapter.
