Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, § 99.500 – Scope of article; waiver of requirement

(a) 3 AAC 99.500 - 3 AAC 99.599 apply to development projects that the authority intends to own and operate and to development projects for which the authority will or may provide project financing.
(b) If authorized or permitted by law, the authority may waive any requirements of 3 AAC 99.500 - 3 AAC 99.599 to the extent the authority considers it appropriate and prudent to do so.
