If the authority under AS 44.88.155(g) waives or modifies the requirements of AS 44.88.155 to finance a project the authority intends to own or to finance a qualified energy development, the authority may waive the requirements of any substantially similar or implementing provisions of 3 AAC 99.200 - 3 AAC 99.290 as the authority considers appropriate and prudent.
